Beastie Rock 巨獸搖滾音樂祭 -- change of venue and dates
The Beastie Rock Music Festival (巨獸搖滾音樂祭) was scheduled to take place at the Old Munitions Depot (土城彈藥庫) in Tucheng, Taipei County this weekend. However, because of problems with getting permission to use the site the festival is now going ahead with some changes.
The event will now be held at the arts centre of Soochow University's downtown Taipei campus (東吳大學城區部游藝中心). There is only one stage and around 90 bands that will perform. Bands will perform from 1:00 to 9:00pm at the Saturday and Sunday shows and 5:00 to 9:30pm on the Friday shows.
- Friday and Saturday 23-24 July and Sunday 25 July at NTU
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday 30 July-1 August
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6-8 August
The schedule for the first weekend has been announced. Details are here. Special show added at NTU Luming Plaza (台大鹿鳴廣場 ) on Sunday 25 July featuring Kou Chou Ching ( 拷秋勤). 88 Balaz are headlining on Friday night (23 July).
